Join us at Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge for a beach cleanup as we collaborate with our partners at Sadhana: Coalition of Progressive Hindus to promote climate justice and resilience in South Queens. Meet at 10am at the red brick pavillion in the North Channel parking lot, south of Joseph P. Addabbo Memorial Bridge (Cross Bay North Channel Bridge) on west side of Cross Bay Boulevard. GPS search for "Crossbay Kiteboarding Launch Area". There is an overflow parking lot on the east side of the boulevard.

Gloves, garbage bags and pickers will be provided along with a light lunch. Please dress for the weather and wear closed toe shoes. Bring a bottle of water. Verification letters will be provided for those who need to certify volunteer hours for school or community purposes.
