Prom Clothing Drive
Costs are often a barrier to attending prom. At South Queens Women’s March, we strive to close many of the gaps that community members face, ensuring that economic instability doesn’t get in the way of celebrating joyous moments and milestones.
To this end, we are organizing our first prom clothing drive! From May 6 through May 21, we will be collecting new or gently used prom clothing: evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits and tuxedos! Drop offs will be accepted at select locations in South Richmond Hill and South Ozone Park. To schedule your drop off, complete the form at tinyurl.com/sqwmprom2024.
These items will be distributed to our community free of charge as prom season approaches. No proof of financial need will be required.
Please help us spread the word by liking and sharing this flyer far and wide!
