The state of the world is stretching us all. Its asking to reach far out of normal capacities to support each and other and receive abundantly. The work of collective liberation is tended in a myriad of ways from self-care to community care , from healing to activism and education.

This is a space for all who want to explore how to be feel grounded, safe and resourced while witnessing and or experiencing the horrors of g/e/n/o/cide, famine, war and displacement.

Together we get free. Together we heal! Together we Thrive 🌹

*Activists, caretakers, community leaders, healers and anyone whose has struggled to find their voice in all the pain are strongly encouraged to join!

What to expect: community building, discussion, journaling / reflection and healing support through energy work (reiki)

What to come in with : open heart, open mind, willingness to explore the past, present and future with care, curiosity and compassion

Workshop: Discourse,
Google doc of basic resources, journaling prompts and reflection time, Short energy healing session, communal chat / sharing

+recording will be provided for all who sign up (will no include personal shares from attendees)
