South Queens Women's March is hosting a free pop up legal clinic with the Narain Law Firm PC on Friday to support anyone who is a victim of the recent June 17 fire on 125 Street in Richmond Hill. This clinic will support families to recover their lost documents, get advice on any insurance claims (whether as a homeowner or a renter), answer questions on any immigration related matters and more. We will also be distributing free toiletries, clothing, PPE, hygiene products and culturally responsive groceries. Refreshments will be kindly provided by Shivram's Bakery Inc.

Note: This clinic is ONLY open to survivors of the fire and their families. Please do not show up unless you are a survivor of the fire. We want to cultivate a safe and productive space for the survivors and their families. There has also been an outpouring of support with regard to donations for the families, many whom are now in the process of moving into new apartments. We are currently pausing accepting any donations of items to streamline what we currently have and to ensure we are only giving families specifically what they need. Kindly hold off on requests to donate please or please find another place to donate them!
