✨Community Glow Up
🌹Shifting from cancel and carceral to restorative and reparative.

In an attempt to address harms within community we have taken “justice” into our own hands by birthing cancel culture. But Cancel culture is still a carceral practice.
Many of us rely on punishment rather than true accountability which is changed behavior and changed systems .
With curiosity, healing and imagination we can tend the soil for growth - centering rehabilitation, communal responsibility, harm reduction and repair.
It starts with looking within and addressing fear, scarcity, shame, inner policing, punishment and colonial Indoctrination.
