With kids at home for the summer looking for things to do, we wanted to bring art to your homes! South Queens Women's March is hosting a free family art night on August 5 from 7pm-8pm via Zoom. Join teaching artist Kerry Cox of Big Sky Workshop for a fun makeshift mural activity! We will look at work by artist Niki de Saint Phalle and cut colorful shapes to make a temporary mural that you can change, photograph, or remove whenever you like!
Materials needed: Colorful construction paper, scissors, pencil, tape (clear packing tape or blue painters tape) and YOUR IMAGINATION!
